Delivery, tickets, PayPal, install and refunds. Still stuck? Open Discord or a ticket from the store.
Sign in with Discord, add items to your cart (or press Buy on Discord on a product), then checkout. That opens one ticket in the LGL Studios Discord with the products and price already listed. You need to be in the Discord server.
A private channel is created for your order type (guns, clothing, cars, scripts or websites). Staff pick the model and extras, then send a PayPal link. After you pay, attach a screenshot and wait for staff to confirm.
We use PayPal. Staff post the link in your ticket with the total. Pay that amount, then press I paid and upload a screenshot. Do not send money outside the ticket.
As soon as staff confirm payment. Files are sent to your Discord DMs and also show as Download on the My orders page if you are signed in.
Drop the resource folder into your server resources directory, add ensure [folder] to server.cfg, then restart the resource or the server. Product pages list any extra requirements.
Yes. Enter it in the website cart before checkout, or ask staff to apply it in the Discord order menu. Codes are created by staff with /discount create.
Partner codes track who referred your purchase. Enter one in the cart (separate from discount codes). It does not change the price. Staff manage them with /affiliate.
The homepage shows whether staff are online and the usual support hours (UK time). Tickets stay open. If you do not pay, you will get a reminder, then the ticket may close after a day.
Digital products are delivered after payment is confirmed. If a file is missing or broken, open a ticket or use My orders to ask for a re-send. Refunds are handled by staff in Discord.
